Job summary

Dimond Bros. Insurance, LLC is seeking Client Relations Representatives to serve as the front-line liaison between our company and customers. This full-time, on-site role runs Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm in Springfield, IL. You will handle high-volume calls, assist walk-ins, resolve issues, take payments, and collaborate with teams to maintain high customer satisfaction. Job Summary:

Client Relations Representatives are the front-line liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.

Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30

Pay Range: $17-$19 / hour

Duties/Responsibilities

• Answer phone and manage high volume inbound calls-warmly connecting clients to correct departments and/or carrier care centers
• Assist with walk-in clients
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure high quality customer service
• Effectively solve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior
• Take and upload payments

Education And Experience
