Dimond Bros. Insurance, LLC is seeking a Client Relations Representatives to serve as the front-line liaison between the company and its current and prospective customers. This full-time, on-site role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with an hourly pay range of $17–$19.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Answer phone and manage high volume inbound calls-warmly connecting clients to correct departments and/or carrier care centers
• Assist with walk-in clients
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure high quality customer service
• Effectively solve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior
