Job summary

Dimond Bros. Insurance, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Lines Support professional to join our on-site team in Carmel, Indiana. You will help service clients through accurate processing, documentation, and timely communication across policy management tasks.

The role requires licensing within 60 days, proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency systems, and strong organizational and customer-service skills to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Property & Casualty Insurance License within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Organize and label mail in ImageRight.
• Review new/renewal policies.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, and audits.
• Generate proof of insurance.
• Respond promptly to service requests.
• Maintain detailed records in agency systems.
• Follow SOPs and best practices consistently.

Join our Commercial Lines Team! This position supports the day-to-day servicing of clients by ensuring accurate processing, documentation, and communication across all aspects of policy management.

Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30.
