Job summary

Dimond Bros. Insurance, LLC is seeking a driven Life & Health Producer/Sales Executive to grow new business and manage client relationships within the employee benefits space.

The role involves identifying leads, meeting annual sales goals, and providing consultative advice on benefits design. You will support open enrollment and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate policy administration. A Life & Health license is required with a degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in insurance brokerage or related B2B sales with proven success.
• Life & Health Insurance License required; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to cold call, network, and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
