Job summary

Dimond Bros. Insurance, LLC is seeking a Client Relations Representative to serve as the front-line liaison between the company and customers. This full-time, on-site role runs Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with hourly pay in the $17-$19 range.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone and manage high-volume inbound calls, connecting clients to correct departments or carrier care centers.
• Assist with walk-in clients to deliver timely service.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure high quality customer service.
• Effectively resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries while keeping satisfaction as a priority.
• Take and upload payments.

Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30

Pay Range: $17-$19 / hour

Duties/Responsibilities

• Answer phone and manage high volume inbound calls-warmly connecting clients to correct departments and/or carrier care centers
• Assist with walk-in clients
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure high quality customer service
• Effectively solve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior
• Take and upload payments

• Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced
• Strong computer literacy
• Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems

Education And Experience

• Prior Customer Service Experience desired
