Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and commitments.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective, current, and past clients.
• Serve as a key point of contact for client communications and inquiries.
• Respond to client questions promptly and follow up.
• Follow up with prospective clients and leads to support engagement.
• Work closely with real estate agents and team members to provide a positive client experience.
• Maintain accurate client records in company systems and CRM platforms.
• Coordinate client communications and connect clients with the appropriate real estate professional.
• Support client onboarding and explain available services and next steps.
• Conduct ongoing follow-up to maintain relationships and retention.
• Assist with client outreach via phone, email, and other channels.
• Handle client concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve communication and service.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional judgment.
