Weichert, Realtors® Innovations in Brandon, Mississippi, seeks an Assistant Sales Manager to support the sales office leadership and develop Sales Associates. The role emphasizes coaching, business development, and transaction support to ensure a high standard of client service.

You will work closely with the Sales Manager to drive daily operations, training, and compliance, while fostering a collaborative, ethical, and professional office environment.

Qualifications

• Active Mississippi real-estate license required.
• Current broker’s license required.
• Demonstrated real-estate sales experience required.
• Successful experience completing real-estate transactions required.
• Strong understanding of residential real-estate sales practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and support other professionals.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leadership and development of Sales Associates.
• Coach and mentor Associates to strengthen sales and client-service practices.
• Assist with business planning, goal setting, prospecting, lead follow-up, and client development.
• Support onboarding and professional development of new Associates.
• Participate in meetings, coaching sessions, training, and office initiatives.
• Encourage use of approved company technology, marketing resources, and tools.
• Lead by example with professionalism and ethical conduct.
• Provide guidance through the real-estate transaction process.
• Review documents and promote compliant processes.
• Coordinate meetings and training; maintain records and procedures.
