The role emphasizes leadership, transaction support, client service, and collaboration with management. A Mississippi real estate license and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Mississippi real-estate license appropriate to the position.
• Current broker’s license, consistent with the requirements of the Assistant Sales Manager role.
• Demonstrated real-estate sales experience.
• Successful experience completing real-estate transactions.
• Strong understanding of residential real-estate sales practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and support other professionals.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
• Professional judgment, reliability, discretion, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager with the daily leadership and support of the sales team.
• Coach and mentor Sales Associates to strengthen sales and client-service practices.
• Assist Associates with business planning, goal setting, prospecting, lead follow-up, and client development.
• Support onboarding and professional development of new Associates.
• Participate in sales meetings, coaching sessions, training programs, and office initiatives.
• Encourage Associates to use approved company technology, marketing resources, and business-development tools.
• Lead by example with high standards of professionalism, responsiveness, and ethical conduct.
• Provide guidance to Sales Associates through the real-estate transaction process.
• Review documents and transaction materials within licensing requirements.
• Promote accurate, timely, and professional communication throughout transactions.
• Support Associates in providing a positive client experience.
