Weichert, Realtors® Innovations is seeking a Client Relations Manager to strengthen and maintain meaningful client connections. You will ensure professional communications, timely follow-ups, and proper engagement with our real estate team.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, organization, and delivering a high level of client service across prospective, current, and past clients within a real estate context.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in client relations, customer service, or related client-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using CRM software or similar business tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive client relationships with prospective, current, and past clients.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications and inquiries.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client questions and ensure follow-up.
• Coordinate client communications and connect clients with the appropriate real estate professional.
• Maintain accurate client records and notes in CRM systems.
• Support client onboarding and explain available services and next steps.
• Follow up with clients to support engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
