Job summary

Northern Trust seeks an Account Manager for GFOApply in Chicago to serve as day-to-day client contact for family offices and their representatives. You will liaise with internal partners to resolve issues and support growth opportunities within the regional client base.

The role requires strong custody knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to independently resolve problems while maintaining accurate client records and timely invoicing.

Qualifications

• Strong background in global custody or related financial services.
• Experience interacting with demanding clients or prospects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to own and resolve problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted client relationships and engage with clients.
• Respond to client instructions and queries promptly.
