The Client Relations and Development Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and potential clients, understanding their business objectives and needs. They work with the PDI team to ensure clients receive the highest level of care and that new business is onboarded seamlessly and successfully to foster long-term growth.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Management:

  • Build strong relationships and work closely with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with operations to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Visit clients regularly, meeting standards established by PDI.
  • Attend all client meetings, quarterly QA’s, events, etc., at client’s request.
  • Provide training, in-services, and communication to clients on procedures and processes.
  • Respond to questions, inquiries, and issues from clients.
  • Handle onboarding tasks for new clients, including setup and training.

Client Management and Development:

  • Attend tradeshows, networking events, and industry forums.
  • Engage with industry trade associations and groups.
  • Support the customer/prospect experience by collaborating with the PDI team.
  • Manage client and prospect activity in CRM, keeping information current.
  • Understand the market, including prospects, competitors, and vendors.
  • Stay updated on industry trends impacting the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Proficient with computers, MS Office, and CRM systems
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams
  • Strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills
  • Experience in Mobile Radiology, clinical background, or Long Term Care industry is a plus
