NXTThing RPO is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage the full life cycle of recruitment for open positions. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand needs, assess talent, and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, strong interpersonal skills, and at least 3 years of recruiting experience, with a commitment to an inclusive work environment.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced recruiter who excels at developing a proactive approach to attract and retain top talent for key positions. In direct partnership with hiring managers, the recruiter will work to establish recruitment strategies and assess the needed talent to ensure alignment with achieving business objectives. The key to success will be the ability to develop a thorough understanding of the spaces in which our clients recruitand establish recruiting networks, relationships and innovative techniques to source and attract top candidates.

The minimum number of hours required for this position is 20 hours per week with the option to work up to 40 hours per week if available. All shifts require working 3 hours minimum in length. Is this acceptable?*
