Qualifications

• AZ driver's license is required.
• 4+ years in Landscape Maintenance Industry.
• At least 2 years in Landscape Client Relations.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, retention, and expectations.
• Experience tracking client metrics such as satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of quarterly priorities
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Proactively communicate updates on job status, timelines, deliverables, and potential areas of concern
• Manage client accounts and expectations while setting clear boundaries
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective client solutions
• Track and analyze client metrics, including satisfaction and retention
• Conduct regular CARE calls and site audits to stay ahead of client concerns and manage issues daily
• Manage client data and documentation within internal systems
