Job summary

SouthWest Landscape, Inc. is seeking a Client Representative to own client relationships for maintenance accounts in Southern California.

You will act as the single point of contact for service quality, property needs, enhancements, irrigation issues, and contract administration, from onboarding to renewal. In this role, you will drive client retention, manage proposals and enhancement pipeline in Aspire, coordinate with the Operations Manager, and ensure timely communications and issue

Qualifications

3+ years experience in client management or landscape operations.
Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, and maintenance standards for Southern California.
Ability to manage a portfolio with multiple open issues and deliverables.
Proficiency in Aspire, WeatherMatic, Nexus, and Microsoft 365 or ability to learn quickly.
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned client accounts from contract signing through renewal.
Conduct regular client visits and property inspections to assess service quality and opportunities.
Respond to client communications within one business day and provide proactive updates.
Identify and address service concerns and communicate clear resolution timelines.
Track proposals and enhancement activity in Aspire; maintain active enhancement pipeline.
