Job summary

Environmental Enhancements is hiring a Landscape Client Relations Manager to cultivate client relationships and drive successful outdoor projects. The role emphasizes independence, clear communication, and earning client recognition for exceptional service.

You will manage CRM data, support sales processes, track bids, close deals, coordinate with production, and keep clients informed of progress while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required; understand how to create a great client experience.
• Proficient in or able to learn customer relationship management software and estimating software.
• Strong communication and site-analysis capabilities, including drainage and grading awareness.
• Comfort with mobile technology and computers; dependability and punctuality.
• Valid Class C driver's license with 3+ years of safe driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and updates CRM software daily re: notes, points of contact, phone conversations, etc.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the company's sales protocol
• Tracks upcoming jobs to bid with existing clients
• Closes sale and coordinates job specifics with productionInterfaces with client and ensures that all of client’s concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner
• Continuedly informs and updates client as to job progress or lack thereof
• Interfaces with company Operation Manager to ensure client's expectations are met and that jobs are kept on schedule and on budget
• Ensures that vendor invoice pricing is accurate and as bid
• Assist in the development, implementation, and achievements of the company's annual budget
• Assists in the development and implementation of the company's new business development plan
• Conduct monthly walk-throughs, identifies and documents any/ all discrepancies
• Ensure all company quality standards are met
• Maintains updated contracts for all clients in assigned portfolio
