Confidential Company is seeking an experienced Intake & Client Relations Manager to lead the Intake and Client Relations departments. You will coach a team of about 12, drive data-driven reporting, and improve intake quality and case viability evaluation.

Your leadership will build accountability, resolve conflicts, and align with firm standards while delivering exceptional client experiences from the first contact. This role partners with the COO to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in a legal intake environment.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Intake and Client Relations teams, approx. 12 employees.
• Produce accurate intake performance reports with marketing collaboration.
• Implement performance management, coaching and accountability initiatives.
• Guide the team on analyzing case viability and guiding intake.
• Foster a culture of accountability and ownership.
