Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience overseeing client intake or related operational functions within a law firm.
• 3+ years of research experience, with a significant plus for experience with Intapp and Aderant.
• Strong understanding of law firm client intake processes and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Client Intake Department to ensure timely processing of intake and conflict searches.
• Supervise client intake specialists and enforce intake policies and procedures.
• Review complex or high-risk intake matters and elevate to General Counsel as appropriate.
