• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, professional first voice clients hear from our firm.
• Guide inquiries from first contact through engagement, coordinating conflict checks and attorney consultations.
• Prepare engagement letters and new matter documentation once attorneys give the green light.
• Keep the firm’s practice management system accurate and up to date.
• Track every prospective matter and maintain proactive follow-up.
