Qualifications

• Experience in sales and building customer relationships preferred.

• Property & Casualty license is preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service across inquiries, policy changes, and billing questions.
• Promote long-lasting customer relations and satisfaction.
