You will act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, proactively marketing relevant products and services to improve customers' lives.

Ideal candidates have sales or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside, inside, retail, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products/services based on customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Ability to relate to customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries on product availability, coverages, changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
