Derby Miller - State Farm Agency Internship seeks a proactive Account Representative to grow our local client base in Kansas. You will engage customers, market State Farm products, and support daily operations to help clients protect what matters most.

As an intern, you’ll develop skills in sales, service, and relationship building while contributing to meaningful community service and client outcomes within a friendly office setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (retail or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; listening skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market products to help meet customer needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Respond to inquiries about product availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
