Plus Relocation is seeking a Client Program Specialist in Minneapolis, MN with hybrid or US-based remote flexibility. You will lead client implementations, develop strategic program recommendations, and present to clients while leveraging AI tools to drive smarter mobility solutions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in global mobility or related fields, a college degree, and experience with Salesforce/CRM platforms. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in global mobility, client services, or related field
• CRM/program management experience preferred
• Experience with evaluating and presenting program data

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementation projects and technology rollouts from initiation to launch
• Develop client program strategies and deliver recommendations
• Present program materials and strategic deliverables to clients
• Conduct industry benchmarking, competitive analysis, and executive summaries
• Support program reviews including data prep and technology support
• Collaborate to integrate reporting data and trend insights into deliverables
• Apply AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and accuracy of client outputs
• Uphold quality and brand standards across client materials
• Maintain accurate records in Plus systems
