Job summary

Plus Relocation is seeking a Client Program Specialist in Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid) or US-based remote to lead client implementation projects, coordinate technology rollouts, and deliver strategic recommendations. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams and use AI-assisted tools to work smarter and faster, shaping mobility programs for world-class clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in global mobility, client services, project management, or a related field.
• GMS, CRP, and/or PMP certifications preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM/program management platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementation projects and technology rollouts as project manager, coordinating system setup, kickoff calls, milestones, testing, and cross functional teams from initiation through launch
• Partner in the development of client program strategies by delivering consulting recommendations aligned to client objectives and industry best practices
• Prepare and present program materials, policy recommendations, and strategic deliverables to current and prospective clients
• Lead and support industry research, benchmarking, and reporting efforts, including competitive analysis and executive summaries
• Collaborate with the Client Analyst to integrate reporting data, program metrics, and trend insights into client facing deliverables and strategic reviews
• Proactively explore and apply AI assisted tools and emerging technologies to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of client facing deliverables
