- Experience managing multiple software engineering teams.
- Leadership over 10+ software engineers.
- Strong .NET / C# development background.
- Experience with distributed systems and microservices.
- SaaS platform development experience.
- Strong software architecture knowledge.
- Proven Agile delivery leadership.
- Sprint planning and capacity planning experience.
- Technical design and architecture participation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on technical leadership experience.
- Experience coaching and developing engineers.
- Experience driving execution and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Lead approximately 12-15 engineers across three product teams.
- Drive delivery, planning, execution, and organizational health.
- Partner with senior technical leaders on architecture decisions.
- Help guide a large-scale modernization initiative.
- Coach engineers and emerging leaders.
- Support hiring and talent development activities.
- Promote responsible AI adoption across engineering.
- Collaborate with product and executive leadership.
- Influence technology strategy and platform evolution.
