DV Trading LLC in Chicago is seeking a Client Platforms Engineer to join our IT support team, providing exceptional end-user support and ensuring smooth IT services. You will be the first point of contact for end-users, troubleshoot issues, manage incidents, and fulfill service requests with a focus on customer service.

This role requires 4+ years in IT support, on-site in Chicago, with a base salary range of $100,000 to $130,000 and eligibility for a discretionary bonus and comprehensive

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT service desk experience.
• Proficient with Windows, macOS, Linux.
• Experience with SCCM, Intune, Jamf.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for end-users via phone, tickets, email, Slack, or in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues; escalate as needed.
• Manage incident handling and keep users informed on progress.
• Fulfill service requests including password resets and software installs.
• Document incidents, requests, and solutions; contribute to knowledge base.
• Assist in IT asset management and license allocation.
• Suggest process improvements; participate in training.
• Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issues.
