Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of client service or project management experience in an ad agency or related field.
• Ability to manage projects across multiple media and sustain documentation.
• Experience building and maintaining trusted client relationships and presenting clearly.
• Knowledge of PM workflow and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal discussions to foster cross-department collaboration and oversee campaign development tasks and kick-offs.
• Support client discussions related to delivery of various deliverables and final production assets for approval.
• Manage internal workflow, routing, feedback, copy decks, video scripts, and meeting decisions.
• Oversee project maintenance, including folder organization and archiving.
