Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Director of Client Partnership Management to lead the CPM team and drive staffing sales across existing and new accounts. You will shape go-to-market strategy, manage opportunities, and collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, and Delivery to ensure client satisfaction and growth.

You will coach and develop CPMs, align staffing opportunities with account strategy, and own revenue targets while maintaining robust CRM discipline and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years in customer service, account management, professional services sales, or business development.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred, especially provider organizations or healthcare IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach CPMs to drive staff augmentation growth.
• ,
• Coaching CPMs on client communication, discovery and pricing conversations.
• Represent CPM team in cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and client outcomes.
• Establish pipeline reviews, forecast updates, and activity tracking in CRM.
