Job summary

MAP is seeking a Client Service Director to lead the client workstream, guiding strategic decisions, managing budgets, and driving growth for major clients. You will lead a team of senior project professionals, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards while fostering strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders.

You will champion CRM and marketing technology excellence, collaborating with cross-functional teams across tech, data, creative and strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior leadership Client Service roles within digital agencies.
• Strong CRM and marketing technology expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Adobe.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing delivery of all workstream-related projects.
• Managing client relationships and strategic partnership.
• Financial management of the account, including revenue and profitability reports.
• Leading cross-functional teams including Account Directors and Project Managers.
• Driving cross-functional collaborations across tech, data, creative and strategy.
• Continuously optimizing ways of working and driving process improvements.
