Tinuiti, the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the U.S., seeks a Client Partner Account Specialist to lead day-to-day client management, coordinate with SEM/SEO/Social teams, and ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery.

You will analyze client data, prepare insights, and communicate progress to clients and internal teams; the role offers a flexible hybrid model with in-office days at Reforma, CDMX.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Account Management or Client Partner roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
• Familiarity with multiple digital platforms and how they work together (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Demonstrated success analyzing data to drive marketing decisions.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time across clients and internal teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• End-to-end management of account projects: scheduling, presentations, cross-team coordination.
• Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities; deliver insights to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with channel teams (SEM, SEO, Social, Display) to align client solutions with business goals.
• Serve as primary client contact, providing timely progress updates.
