Job summary

Tinuiti is seeking a Client Partner Account Manager to oversee day-to-day client accounts, implement cross-channel strategies, and drive growth. You will manage budgets, forecast accuracy, and deliver insights through data analysis and reporting.

The role emphasizes strong communication, collaboration with internal teams, and staying current on industry trends to enhance client strategies. This position is fully remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Partner roles with a proven track record.
• Experience with multiple digital platforms and how they work together.
• Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Devise and implement detailed account plans that leverage multiple media channels and Tinuiti’s diverse solutions to meet client objectives.
• Assist clients in establishing budgets and forecasts, and ensure budget usage is efficient and reconciled monthly.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling, aligning with client goals and Tinuiti offerings.
• Analyze client data to identify trends and deliver insights through reports and presentations.
• Engage with Tinuiti’s client channel teams and internal teams to support project outcomes and initiatives.
• Act as a point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of market developments and industry best practices to enhance recommendations.
