Job summary

Uber is seeking a Client Partner to drive Demand Generation for merchant partners in Chicago or Miami. You will collaborate with Delivery Account Managers to identify opportunities, develop holistic pitch plans, and act as a trusted technical advisor on advanced advertising capabilities.

You will lead 301+ pitches, guide campaigns from discovery to close, manage Salesforce Media Cloud records, and coordinate with Ads Ops for go-live and optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time experience in sales or account management.
• Experience in advertising/media sales preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify Opportunities: Work with AMs to identify Demand Generation opportunities within their portfolio.
• Develop Plans: Create a comprehensive pitch plan featuring holistic Demand Generation product solutions and share it with AMs to consolidate the deal.
• Pitch Ads Opportunities: Lead 301+ level Demand Generation pitches, including discovery, handling objections, and budget recommendations.
• Secure the Deal: Collaborate with AMs to guide merchants through the decision-making process and secure verbal commitments.
• Implement the Campaign: Oversee the setup of campaigns, ensuring alignment with merchant capabilities and go-live dates.
• Post-Campaign Management: Monitor campaign performance and budget allocation, report outcomes, and handle data requests from Ads Ops.
• Internal Collaboration: Work with product development and technical teams on feature feedback and integration.
