Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Client Ops Lead Implementation Manager in Merchant Services to oversee the implementation lifecycle of complex projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, provide executive-level updates, and ensure the client journey from initiation through production is seamless and transparent.

The role requires advising clients on business needs, partnering with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering projects on time with strong risk controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client facing experience with senior leadership exposure.
• Experience managing projects from initiation to delivery using standard PM practices.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong presentation and negotiating skills.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and lead teams while facilitating meetings.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a dynamic team environment.
• Some travel may be required (less than 25%).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client and internal team calls to drive implementation milestones.
• Ensure projects are delivered and transitioned to production owners.
• Develop and execute the implementation project plan with clear timelines.
• Update stakeholders with concise, audience-specific project status.
• Deliver client requirements clearly to the intended audience.
• Demonstrate problem solving and sound judgment in decisions.
• Escalate and resolve risks promptly with strong controls.
• Engage with clients to understand their processes and align with the solution.
• Manage expectations and documentation with the client throughout the project.
• Navigate implementations to completion, holding owners accountable.
