Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a seasoned program manager to lead and coordinate client onboarding for large, complex conversions. You will partner with product, operations, technology and client service teams to ensure milestones are met and risks are managed, while communicating effectively with senior leadership and clients.

The role requires hands-on project management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years project management and hands on product management, operational or technology experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to influence across stakeholders.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet milestones.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and negotiation of project timelines associated with the onboarding of large, highly complex deals across multiple products and functions.
• Work within a virtual team environment spanning Core Product, Operations, Product Development and Technology teams.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of existing product capabilities.
• Support understanding of the client's business model and partner with product, operations, technology and functional teams to design workflows and requirements.
• Understand deal flows and coordinate with the implementation team to meet milestones.
• Manage program risks and issues, coordinating resolutions with multiple stakeholders.
• Own and manage program reporting materials for ongoing project management and status updates.
• Coordinate and facilitate program governance forums across technology, client service, and functional teams.
