Job summary
JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Technical Implementation Analyst II to guide merchants through certification testing and enable credit card processing with our payment platforms. You will coordinate with clients, partners, and vendors to deliver successful conversions and scale new offerings.
You will lead technical consultations, analyze data, and document resolutions while maintaining proactive client follow‑up for seamless onboarding and regulatory alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
- 5+ years in technical roles within credit card payments/processing.
- 5+ years diagnosing complex network/data issues.
- 4+ years with connectivity technologies (MPLS, VPNs, internet connectivity).
- 4+ years reading and interpreting technical product specs for transactions.
Responsibilities
- Consult with merchants to design technical payment integrations.
- Lead clients through certification testing and publish results.
- Serve as primary technical resource for client cases and troubleshooting.
- Direct technical conversions to Chase platforms for new and existing clients.
- Facilitate technical calls with clients, integrators, and vendors.
- Represent on cross‑functional teams for product development.
- Train analysts on certification processes and act as lead consultant.
