Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Technical Implementation Analyst II to guide merchants through technical design and certification for seamless integration with our payment platforms. You will enable clients to process credit card transactions, lead certification testing, and coordinate fixes to ensure sign-off across Core and Integrator programs.

You will collaborate with merchants, integrators, resellers, and hardware vendors to deliver conversions, resolve issues, and bring new offerings to market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 5+ years technical experience in credit card payment processing or related space.
• 4+ years experience with connectivity technologies (MPLS, VPNs, internet-based).
• 4+ years reading/interpreting technical product specifications for integrations.

Responsibilities

• Consult with merchants to design technical payment integrations aligned to connectivity, protocols, formats, and product functionality.
• Lead clients through certification testing, analyze data to certification host, publish results, coordinate fixes for sign-off.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for Core and Integrator client cases with hands-on support.
• Direct technical conversions from current environments to Chase platforms for new and existing clients.
• Facilitate technical conference calls with clients, integrators, resellers, and hardware vendors to resolve issues.
• Represent Implementations on cross-functional teams to support new product development or improvements.
• Train analysts and guide colleagues on certification processes as lead consultant.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex application, data message, and network issues to drive timely resolution.
• Identify risks for clients and firm, propose mitigation strategies, prioritize work with minimal supervision.
• Create documentation and maintain proactive client follow-up for seamless onboarding.
