Mobix is seeking an Account Manager to own long-term client relationships and be the go-to operational contact. You’ll handle support tickets, follow up on client requests, and ensure orders flow smoothly while aligning with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management, client success, or logistics operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with solid task-tracking habits.
• Calm under pressure and professional with clients.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
• Manage and resolve client tickets quickly and professionally.
• Monitor fulfillment and order flow for accuracy and service quality.
• Track and complete client tasks (relabels, special projects, shipment issues).
• Proactively communicate about disruptions or risks.
• Coordinate internally with Ops and Client Success teams.
• Share insights from client trends to drive improvements.
