Job summary

Mobix is seeking an Account Manager to own long-term client relationships, manage support tickets, and ensure orders flow smoothly within our fulfillment-focused environment.

You’ll be the go-to contact for clients, coordinating with Ops and Client Success, monitoring fulfillment and communicating risks to keep clients satisfied and operations aligned.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in account management or logistics, strong communication, and a calm, proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management, client success, or logistics operations.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented with great task tracking habits.
• Calm under pressure and professional handling of client concerns.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
• Manage and resolve client tickets quickly and professionally.
• Monitor fulfillment and order flow for accuracy and service quality.
• Track and complete client tasks (relabels, special projects, shipment issues).
• Proactively communicate about disruptions or risks.
• Coordinate internally with Ops and Client Success teams.
• Share insights from client trends to drive improvements.
