Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, English/Communications or related discipline.
• Brokerage industry or banking operations knowledge preferred.
• Excellent grammar and written/oral communications.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and follow-up.
• Ability to work with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Research and respond to operational client complaints while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with field/operations staff and management to escalate issues to the right teams.
• Build strong relationships with Client Relations Editors and learn processes and style guidelines.
• Stay organized and manage workload with initiative, motivation, and accountability.
• Provide phone support at least one day per week for client inquiries.
• Maintain a professional, client-focused approach in handling calls and inquiries.
• Support settlement processing, privacy opt-out processing, and special projects as needed.
