Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a dedicated Client and Member Support professional to deliver critical benefits operations across Colorado and the continental United States. This full-time role emphasizes plan changes, ID card facilitation, reporting, invoicing, group terminations, eligibility management, and active participation in implementation meetings with external stakeholders.

You will travel up to 25% as needed to support client implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a pharmacy, PBM, and/or insurance setting.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Support plan changes and ID card facilitation.
• Handle inbound phone calls and invoicing.
• Complete reports and documentation requests; assist with group terminations.
• Oversee eligibility adds/terminations and prior authorizations.
• Resolve claims issues and service warranties as assigned.
• Participate in external-facing meetings during implementations.
