Qualifikationen

• 2 to 4 years in operations, client support or admin account coordination
• 2 to 4 years stakeholder management
• Direct client-facing experience with clear verbal and written communication
• Strong proficiency in Google Suite and Excel for organization and tracking
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Confluence, PowerBI)
• Proven track record in meeting administration (agendas, minutes, actions)
• Excellent multitasking in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Medicare/Medicaid knowledge a plus

Aufgaben

• Act as SME and operational owner for member journey processes and client collateral
• Own end-to-end meeting documentation: agendas, decks, minutes, actions
• Capture and track open items from client meetings and emails
• Handle routine client inquiries across internal teams with timely responses
• Coordinate intake and resolution of member grievances with clients
• Collaborate with Production, Business Analysts, Data Relationship Managers to move workflows
• Document client nuances in profiles and account records
• Provide backup coverage for CS Manager/COO as needed
