Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the client service center, ensuring efficient transaction processing and prompt resolution of client inquiries and issues.
• Support the implementation of strategic plans to enhance service delivery, utilizing automation technologies and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and support across different products and platforms.
• Apply anti-fraud strategies to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions, safeguarding clients and the institution.
• Participate in regular team meetings to communicate performance objectives, receive training, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and innovation.
