You’ll work on transaction processing, collaboration across units, and applying anti-fraud measures while growing your leadership and problem‑solving skills in a culture that values teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service operations with transaction processing and issue resolution.
• Ability to implement strategic plans and process improvements in client operations.
• Self-starter with independent judgment and high attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication for internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of the client service center, ensuring efficient transaction processing and prompt resolution of inquiries.
• Support implementation of strategic plans to enhance service delivery using automation and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure onboarding and support across products and platforms.
• Apply anti-fraud strategies to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions.
• Participate in regular team meetings to communicate performance objectives and training.
