Job summary

Masis Professional Group is seeking a Client Operations Associate for its Cash Flow & Investor Services team in Boston. The role offers $85,000–$105,000 base salary plus annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Hybrid work schedule with three days per week in the Boston office. Responsibilities include handling cash activity across pooled vehicles and SMAs, serving as the operational contact for client activity, coordinating account openings and transitions, and collaborating across departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in client operations, investment operations, investor services, or institutional asset management.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
• Process improvement mindset with an interest in automation.

Responsibilities

• Process cash activity across pooled investment vehicles and SMAs.
• Serve as a key operational contact for client account activity and investor servicing requests.
• Coordinate account openings, transitions, restructurings, and ongoing account maintenance.
• Partner with Portfolio Management, Compliance, Operations, and external service providers to ensure seamless operational execution.
