Job summary

Landing Point is hiring an Investment Operations Associate / Senior Associate to support the credit team in Boston. The role focuses on operational processes across liquid credit funds and separately managed accounts.

You will handle reconciliations, reporting, and ongoing control improvements, partnering with investor relations, finance, and fund management teams. 3+ years in financial services with Excel proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of financial services experience; bank loan experience preferred.
• Major in Accounting, Finance, or Economics with a 3.25 GPA or higher.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience in Advent Geneva preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily reconciliation of cash and assets with custodians and brokers.
• Track trading and credit activity daily.

• Oversee new fund launches and asset transfers for operational readiness.
