Partners Capital in Boston is seeking a Senior Associate, Client Service to support the Client Service Team in coordinating portfolio operations for a range of clients. You will implement client investment strategies (execution), assist with portfolio reporting/invoicing, and provide exception support to the Investment Team.
The candidate will interact with colleagues and third parties, prioritize tasks, and meet key investment and reporting deadlines.
The Senior Associate, Client Service located in Boston will support and work closely with senior members of the Client Service Team in coordinating the portfolio operations for a range of clients. Primary responsibilities will center on the implementation of client investment strategies (execution), assisting with portfolio reporting/invoicing, and providing exception support to the Investment Team.
The candidate will be an integral member of the global Operations team and will report directly to a manager on the Client Service Team. The role has a wide-ranging responsibility and involves working with the Operations and Investment teams across all offices. The candidate should be hardworking and must be able to interact with colleagues and third parties, prioritizing and completing multiple tasks and meeting key investment and reporting deadlines. Additionally, over time this role may develop into a client facing position and thus a strong candidate will be comfortable interacting with clients in a professional manner.

Massachusetts requires Partners Capital to include a reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role. This base salary range is specific to individuals applying to work in our Boston office and takes into account a number of factors. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role in Massachusetts is $75,000 to $115,000. The base salary offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
The base salary is one element of our competitive compensation package. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives and our profit share program.
