Responsibilities

• Support daily operational activities related to investment portfolios and managed accounts.
• Perform cash, position, and transaction reconciliations across multiple counterparties and service providers.
• Monitor trading activity and help resolve operational discrepancies.
• Review and reconcile records maintained by external administrators and custodians.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting processes.
• Analyze investment transactions and operational workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support fund launches, asset transfers, and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance controls, improve processes, and increase scalability.
• Assist in preparing reports and analyses for management and other business partners.
• Support ad hoc projects across operations, finance, and investment teams.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operational activities related to investment portfolios and managed accounts.
• Perform cash, position, and transaction reconciliations across multiple counterparties and service providers.
• Monitor trading activity and assist with the resolution of operational discrepancies.
• Review and reconcile records maintained by external administrators and custodians.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting processes.
• Analyze investment transactions and operational workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support fund launches, asset transfers, and other strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary is expected to fall between $70,000 and $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
