We’re Hiring: Client & Operations Administrator

At WFSTA, we help our clients live today and plan for tomorrow. The Client & Operations Administrator plays a key role in making that possible.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere, and is passionate about supporting a team that puts clients first. As the first point of contact for our office, you'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations and uphold the high standards that define our firm.

If you're highly organized, resourceful, and enjoy being at the heart of a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Front-desk reception
  • Multi-channel inquiry handling
  • Calendar coordination & client support
  • Office and supply management
  • Administrative projects & process improvement

As a Client & Operations Administrator, you will be eligible to participate in benefit plans and programs in effect from time to time, including:

  • Fifteen (15) Personal Time Off (PTO) days and ten (10) national holidays per calendar year.
  • Eight (8) hours of Paid Volunteer Time annually to allocate toward volunteer opportunities within the community.
  • 100% WFSTA-sponsored Health insurance for employee.
  • Health insurance for your spouse or dependents is available and will be covered 50% of cost by WFSTA and 50% at your expense.
  • WFSTA-sponsored 401k plan beginning in the next quarter following your one-year anniversary.
  • Company and individual-based bonuses dependent upon role.
