What do our National Accounts, Client Services Operations Administrators do?

They manage all activities associated with inbound/outbound customer inquiries, develop and implement policies and procedures on the flow of information for assigned clients, establish and maintain performance/service standards, ensure productivity meets or exceeds standards, build industry relations, and provide coaching and mentoring to Client Service Administrators.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Communicating regarding assigned accounts to field teams and subcontractors
  • Owning communication of requested process improvements from assigned customers
  • Escalating customer issues to appropriate levels within the company
  • Resolving client pain points
  • Proactively identifying and correcting potential failures before customers notice
  • Working schedule may be 40+ hours per week, including weekends as needed
  • Building expertise in assigned verticals
  • Collaborating with internal departments to resolve complex administrative and service issues to ensure customer satisfaction

What do you need?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • College degree preferred, but equivalent work experience acceptable
  • 3-5 years client management experience
  • Experience in sales and billing helpful
  • Sense of urgency when dealing with client and partner concerns
  • Strategic and innovative thinking skills
  • Experience in project management, leadership, customer service, and conflict resolution
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organizational and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented and quick learner of new software
