Job summary

Global Payments is seeking an Implementation Analyst on the Genius team to drive onboarding and systems migrations for dealers and business owners. You will serve as the primary client contact for implementations and coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements.

Based onsite in Charlotte, NC with up to 50% travel, you will own client implementations, data mapping, testing, and training while ensuring successful transitions to long-term support teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience or a degree in Business or Computer Science.
• Experience in system integration, implementations, and conversions is a plus.
• Ability to analyze needs and map requirements to software configurations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for assigned implementations, supporting system conversions, environment setup, and configuration.
• Analyze business needs with clients and internal teams to tailor options and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Lead data mapping, validation, and conversion activities with accuracy and documentation.
• Deliver client training and handoffs to long-term support teams, and track project metrics.
