Job summary

Global Payments in Jeffersonville, IN is seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst to lead onboarding for new enterprise merchants and guide customers through our loyalty platform.

You will collaborate with Sales, Support and Customer Success to ensure smooth deployments, capture feedback, and deliver measurable value. 1–3 years in implementation, strong communication, and SaaS/Fintech exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented, analytical and creative thinker.
• SaaS or Fintech experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding process for assigned clients following contract execution.
• Guide new customers through the onboarding process and define their loyalty programs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction during implementation by addressing questions and coordinating with internal teams.
• Transfer customer requests to the Support team and escalate when necessary.
